This year due to the Corona Virus we are not able to meet together for our annual Passover dinner. Instead for those who have registered and paid, we will provide “Passover at Home kits” for each home to pick up at 5 pm. We can even email a preparation guide.

Passover Kits will include:
Passover Haggadah – booklet with the order of service and teaching
Seder Plate – to hold the ceremonial foods
Matzah (unleavened bread)
Grape Juice
Charoset (apple and nut mixture)

Candles, napkins, plastic wine glasses, plates and cutlery are also available. Please let us know if you would like them.

We need at least 30 people to register by 31 March to confirm the caterer.

The Catering Company will provide: 3 meats (Chicken, Beef & Lamb), Roast potatoes and pumpkin, Beans and peas, Baby carrots, and Tossed green salad. You will need to keep this food warm for an hour in your oven until you get to the dinner part in your Haggadah.

Feel free to supplement the meal with Matzo Ball soup or additional potatoes.

Ray is planning on making Chocolate mousse, though Pavlova and fruit salad are also good choices for Passover if you want to make your own. Remember NO leaven! Regular bread and cakes are a “no-no”!

Here are some recipes:
Matzah for the week of unleavened bread
Passover Coconut macaroons

We hope you are all excited about doing your own Passover!
